Enough of Janus

The Encouraged Reveal

January. Named after the Roman god, having two heads  – facing opposite direction, Janus.  I don’t know about you, but a month dedicated to looking back and facing forward can be dizzying.  Maybe for a day or two. Maybe periodically.. for a week or so, but an entire month? Enough of Janus. Of course reflection is important. If you are like me, reflection happens often. It’s a part of human nature to know and remember where you have been, what decisions were good, which were not so good. What needs adjusting. What needs to be kept and cherished. What needs more commitment. What needs less commitment. What needs to be done with, erased and banished from our thoughts and memories. What behavior needs changing, improving –  or maybe done with all together. Become older with age, there is of course more reflection of life, of decisions and actions. Some reflection…

    LOL 🙂 Janus is a Dizzy god…

Happy new year, I have not heard from you for months.
Pray you are have a joyful day!

    Speaking of new year:
The astrological New Year approaches – do you know what year it is?
Is it any wonder we do not know what year it is? We say it is 2015. A Rabbi will tell you it 5775 and the Islamic world will tell you it is 1436. None of these calendars tells us anything about how long we have been around – the actual year – by design it seems. The calendar game is a global one. Consider resynchronizing your life cycle by saying no thank you to Julius and the Pope Gregory XIII. There are four times in the natural cycle of life you need to know to get back on track.

    1. Vernal Equinox or spring – March 20
    2. Summer Solstice – June 20 or 21
    3. Autumnal Equinox or fall – September 22 or 23
    4. Winter Solstice – December 21 or 22
